Vendor Info & Booking:

N.B. The term “seat” on the booking form refers to a 10′x10′ booth space.
Please select the event of your choice and book a place in the park or at The Art Center. There are 32 spaces available in the park and 19 at the Art Center. These are allocated on a first come, first served basis. The system will stop accepting registrations when the limits are reached so sign up on-line to get instant confirmation of availability.
If you prefer you may book the park by telephoning Alan at 361-882-2363.

If you need to cancel your booking please use the email icon at top right of this web page to let us know. This applies to both Park and Art Center Courtyard bookings.

Vendors must be selling original items MADE-BY-HAND or embellished by hand, like t-shirts, hats, canvas bags, headbands/barretts, etc. T-Shirts must have original artwork created & printed by the artist. No Buy/Sell products are allowed.
To be a Vendor on ArtWalk, all vendors must display a State of Texas Sales Tax and Use Permit. To obtain your permit, you may apply online HERE, or you may call the Corpus Christi Field Office at (361) 882-1234. Allow 2-3 weeks.
Live Aerosol Spray Painting is not allowed in La Retama Park. However, that may be possible on the sidewalk by prior arrangement with the business concerned.
Set up begins at 4:30 – Check in at the Information booth. If a DMD Rep. is not there, set up around the edge of the park (on the grass) next to the sidewalk facing inward to the middle of the park where the band will be playing. ArtWalk is from 5:30 to 9 pm.
Bring your own tables, chairs, display set up and 10′ x 10′ canopy tent.
Vending space is currently Free of Charge at both locations.
Lighting is provided by a tower light – and natural light during the summer months. Electricity is not available to vendors.
